Bocar is a delightful fellow who lives in the Mamelles neighborhood in Dakar with his girlfriend who is actually from Seattle. I did not get to meet her as she was visiting Seattle at this time. But Bocar was certainly entertaining and joyful. We had a lot of good laughs and conversation.
