One thing I haven't mentioned is while the bicycle has been very instrumental in my getting around on 136 years worth of knees (each knee @ 68 years * 2 = 136 years), and my wetsuit helping me survive the winter sea temps of the Atlantic Ocean, these assets come with pounds attached. So while everything is packed up (about 75 pounds) I need to schlep everything on my shoulders until I can get off the plane, train or bus whatever I'm using and unpack and load the bike.

So bless his pea-pickin' heart, Aly met me at the train station and helped me pack my load back to his place. Mustafa brought a car and the trip was bundled up as neatly as can be.
